Exclusive: LG’s all set to launch 5 inch LG L80 Dual in Indian market
We cave confirmed news from our source that later this month LG Mobile (India) is going to launch yet another L Series III Smartphone here in India – LG L80 Dual (D380). This will be LG’s first 5″ Smartphone ever apart from their LG Optimus Vu Series phablets. Our source revealed that LG is all set to launch the 5″ device later this month. Last month LG introduced the Smartphone in Indonesia, and it seems India is the next hot destination.
If you are too eager to know the spces of the device, LG is going to launch the 5″ device with 480×800 (WVGA) resolution powered by 1.2 GHz Daul-Core Qualcomm MSM8210 Snapdragon 200. It looks like 1GB RAM is an industry standard now, and you will find the same with LG L80. Like other LG Smartphones you will find the vivid IPS LCD display with LG L80 too. As far as internal memory is concerned, 4GB is what you will get with an option of 32GB expansion.
Also you will get 5MP Camera with DSLR like 9 auto focus grids and cheese shutter will make it stand alone from its competitors. Possibly a VGA camera you will get in front, if not 1.3MP.
Along with L90 Dual and L70 Dual, LG introduced Android KitKat to the budget segment here in India. LG L80 Dual is no exception. You will get the latest KitKat (4.4.2) along with best Optimus UI over it. Other specifications of the LG L80 dual includes connectivity options as 3G, Bluetooth 4.0, FM radio, GPS, and Wi-Fi. The smartphone is powered by a 2540mAh battery.
We we don’t have any official confirmation about the pricing, we are guessing it should be in a range of 15-16,ooo which fits between LG L70 Dual (around 14,000) and LG L90 Dual (around 17,000). Now we just have to wait for the official announcement of the device.
