LG G Pro Lite (D686) Android Kitkat (4.4.2) upgrade changelogs
After a long wait the much awaited Android KitKat (4.4.2) update is here for LG G Pro Lite Dual SIM variant has arrived last week in many Asian countries. Here in India we got the awesome surprise on 8th August as our LG G Pro Lite dual notified us about the update.
To upgrade your LG G Pro Lite Dual (D686) you have to have either 3G data or WiFi data network zone or else you can visit your nearest LG Service Centre to FREE upgrade.
After upgrading from the old version of Jelly Bean (4.1.2) to Kitkat (4.4.2) gives us a plenty of things to talk about. Though if you are using a high end LG Smartphone, all these features you already may notice on your device.
In a nutshell here are the news features you will notice after the upgrade:
- FLASH for Front Camera
- Capture Plus (on default web browser)
- Clip Tray
- New App added to the QSlide Apps (E-mail, File Manager, Dial Pad, Memo)
- QSlide hide option from the Quick Settings toggle Menu.
- Printer option in the settings menu.
- New UI on Dial Pad.
- New UI on Calculator.
- LG’s new File Manager UI
- Snapshot taking hotkey on Native video player.
- App2SD moving option
- Safety Care: Out of Zone Notice.
