Last week we leaked the partial tech specs of the LG’s upcoming flagship – G3 on this blog, which earlier this week confirmed by the leaked images from LG’s secret (or not so secret) event. After the first teaser video of last week, yesterday LG officially shows the much talked about LG QuickCircle cover in yet another teaser video. But earlier today our good friend from Greece Techblog.gr leaked yet another images of LG G3. This time it’s neither the cover, not the front of the flagship, but behind the removable back cover.

LG-G3 with removable back cover and micro-SD card slot

LG G3 is shaping up to be one monstrous device, not only on having the large 5.5″ Quad HD display, but also in terms of chassis design and versatility. Apart from a good screen-to-body ratio, it will apparently feature a removable back cover, swappable 3000 mAh battery, and a microSD slot for storage expansion. The best part of the device is the overall size is just similar to Samsung’s Galaxy S5 which is having only a 5.1″ FHD SuperAMOLED display. Thus even though the LG device is having 0.4″ more display, LG’s engineers have done a splendid job to keep the overall size under control.

Possibly the same version (D855) we will have here in India. Thankfully, this one will evidently also sport a swappable 3000 mAh battery, and a microSD slot for internal memory expansion, so LG truly make the statement “Learning from You’” into reality by including both removable back cover, expandable memory slot and battery, which was missing from LG G2.
Long story short, it’s final now that on 27th/28th we will going to see a 5.5-inch IPS display with 1,440 x 2,560 pixels, a quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor, 3 GB of RAM, 16/32 GB of storage space, a 13 MP OIS+ rear camera with laser autofocus assist, microSD card support, and a removable 3,000 mAh battery. This monster should also be running Android 4.4.2 KitKat, and feature a revamped Optimus UI (probably v4.0) along with KNOCK code and other LG stuffs.
